Q: Does HelloComposer offer a 100% money back guarantee on my first order?

A: Yes. On your delivery date (or sooner) we’ll send you your composed music. If you don’t like it, we offer one free revision and will make any needed changes. If you still don’t like it, you can cancel the order and we’ll issue you a full refund. We include a free revision in all orders.

Q: Why should I try HelloComposer?

A: We're confident you'll love our music. We are confident because most of our clients order from us multiple times. We also offer a 100% money back to first-time customers. There's no risk to you. Of course, if you ask for a refund, you can't use our music.

Q: Composers typically charge $1,500+ per minute of original music. How can HelloComposer create original music and take the time to sync the audio to my video for a couple hundred dollars?

A: HelloComposer uses artificial intelligence to create millions of initial musical structures. A small portion of these are extremely high-quality. Our composers cherry-pick from the good ones and sometimes use them in our process. Our composer often adds building instruments and generally enhance the track. Our goal is to tailor the music to match the ethos of your video. Our mastering team then mixes and syncs the music to your video.

Q: I see you have a simple form to place an order. What if I have special requests?

A: The best thing is to submit an order and add your special request in the "Is there anything else we should know? field. You can also email us any questions at orders@HelloComposer.com. We respond as quickly as we can. You can also text us.

Q: What if I don’t have a finished video yet? Can I still submit an order?

A: You can place an order to save your spot in line and start the requirements process. The more time we have to compose the perfect sound the better. If you never get around to sending us the video, we’ll refund you.

Q: How long does the process take? I need music urgently.

A: It takes a while to get the perfect sound. Our standard turn-around time is 5 business days, but we understand sometimes you need music urgently. 2-business-day and 24-hour-delivery is available at an extra cost.

Q: How does licensing work?

Q: Can others use my music? Do you reuse tracks for different clients?

A: No! We compose original music specifically for your video. We never reuse music. You get exclusive rights to your music. No one else can use it.

Do you charge royalties for your music?

A: No! Our music is royalty-free. You’ll make one upfront payment. That’s it.
